RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At ChristmasFinds, we want you to be happy with your purchase.

14-DAY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
If your order is delivered to an address in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. To qualify, the item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, with all included parts. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

RETURNS
To request a return, email shopchristmasfinds@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return before sending anything back. We will provide return instructions and the return address. Items sent without prior approval may not be accepted. Unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 7 days and include your order number plus clear photos or video. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
For hygiene and safety reasons, used items, personalised items, gift cards and items returned without their original packaging cannot be accepted unless they are faulty. This does not limit rights that cannot legally be excluded.

REFUNDS
After we receive and inspect your return, we will tell you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may need additional time to process the credit.

ORDERS NOT RECEIVED
If your order has not arrived after the estimated delivery window, please contact us at shopchristmasfinds@gmail.com so we can investigate with the carrier.
